How to request the deletion of your GolfOne account

You can request the deletion of your GolfOne account and associated data using one of the following methods:

Option 1 — From within the app

1. Open the GolfOne app
2. Go to More
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your choice

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to privacy@golfone.ai from the email address associated with your GolfOne account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
• Login credentials
• Booking history and preferences
• Saved golf courses and favorites

What data is retained, and for how long

Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons, even after account deletion:

• Billing and invoicing records: retained for 10 years
• Transaction records (Stripe payments): retained for 10 years for accounting compliance
• Security and fraud prevention logs: retained for up to 12 months in anonymized form
• Backups: residual data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently overwritten

After these retention periods, all remaining data is permanently deleted.

Timing

• Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
• If we are unable to complete your request, we will contact you to explain why
