Customer Story
Six months in, one course's tee sheet became a financial control system.
Reserva Conchal runs its entire tee sheet, rentals, and reconciliation on GolfOne. Here's what six months of production data show — no surveys, no estimates.

The 12.4% leak nobody could see
Before reliable reconciliation, no-shows were a guess. Once Reserva Conchal began closing out 98%+ of rounds on the day they were played, the number became measurable: 12.4% of collected green-fee revenue — 10.84% of booked players — never arrived, full-price inventory, not discounted rounds.
"For every $8 taken at the tee, another $1 was booked and never showed up."
Annualized, that's roughly $287,000 in forfeited tee time. Visibility is the starting point — deposits, card-on-file, and automated pre-round confirmation are the standard next step to recovering it.
Annualized no-show leakage
12.4%
of collected green-fee revenue — ≈ $287,000/yr, measured over a 73-day window where check-in records were 98%+ complete
Ancillary attach rate nearly doubled — and stayed there
Every rental transaction in Reserva Conchal's data originated inside GolfOne. In the first six weeks, 16% of bookings attached a rental. Five months later, that number is 30% — and it has held.
Ancillary revenue now adds roughly 15% on top of green fees — about $320K/yr at Reserva Conchal's current volume, though the percentage is what actually carries over to a course of a different size.
The platform also surfaced demand the club hadn't quantified before — 82% of rental demand is men's right-hand clubs, with steady daily demand for riders and extra carts.
From 78% to 98% of rounds reconciled — every day
Within four months of go-live, Reserva Conchal was closing out 98%+ of every player on the day they played. That reliability is the mechanism behind everything above — revenue recognition, no-show visibility, and demand forecasting all depend on a tee sheet that closes out completely, every day.
Staff time returned to the operation is estimated at roughly 0.8 FTE annually across booking intake, check-in, and daily reconciliation — a modeled estimate, pending validation with the club's operations team.
"Golfone.ai is super versatile, very good for the customer and very good for the organization, because now the people who put down a card and reserve are committed to showing up for that tee time." Carlos, Reserva Conchal

Figures are pulled directly from GolfOne production data, not self-reported. No-show and reconciliation figures reflect the window in which check-in records were 98%+ complete (June 1 – August 12, 2026).
Pre-go-live records were migrated from the club's previous system and are excluded from every figure above. Full methodology available on request.
